Oh! Yeah! We said free! Our company is small and one of our ways to entice you to try us is we offer a one time free service. Of course there are limitations and you can read about those down farther on this page. We offer assistance over the phone and/or through remote access. We don't usually pick-up computers but occasionally we do. 


  1. All work is done remotely unless decided by the technician.
  2. There is no guarantee on any work.
  3. All required parts are are to paid in full upfront before any repairs are to be started.
  4. The technician take full responsibility for any physical damage or should your device get lost or stolen.
  5. There is no guarantee on data loss. Its up to the client to have a back up already in case there is a total data loss. If your data is already destroyed we can't bring it back.
